A bill to amend the Social Security Act to provide for the furnishing of rehabilitative services to inpatients of long-term care facilities.

Provides, under the Social Security Act, for the making of grants to long-term care facilities to defray 100 percent of the reasonable cost incurred in establishing and carrying out a "rehabilitative services" for the purposes of this Act.

Authorizes to be appropriated for each fiscal year the sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
