Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to extend from December 31, 1976, to June 30, 1977, the date for the submission by the Securities and Exchange Commission of a study concerning securities-related activities of banks; and extends from June 4, 1976, to December 4, 1976, the submission date for a study by the Commission of the practice of recording the ownership of securities in other than the name of the beneficial owner.
