A bill to direct the Secretary of Transportation to release restrictions on the use of certain property conveyed to the city of Galveston, Ind., for airport purposes.

Directs the Secretary of Transportation to grant a release to the city of Galveston, Indiana, from all of the restrictions in the deed conveying specified real property to such city for airport purposes.
