Guatemala Disaster Relief Act - Authorizes the appropriation of $25,000,000 to the President for the provision of assistance to victims of the Guatemala earthquake, of which not more than $4,000,000 shall be available for repairs to the Puerto Barrios Highway. Requires the President to report to the Congress on the programming and obligation of such funds.
Requires that assistance provided under this Act for housing be used for seismic resistant housing.
Requires such assistance to be distributed through voluntary relief agencies, to the maximum extent practicable.
