Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands and interests in lands in specified areas of Nebraska and to establish the Trails West National Historical Park in Nebraska and Wyoming once sufficient lands have been acquired.
Creates a Trails West National Historical Park Advisory Commission.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
