A bill to authorize the construction and operation of a natural gas pipeline from the North Slope of Alaska across Canada to domestic markets.
Alaskan Natural Gas Pipeline Authorization Act - Expresses the findings of Congress and declares that the purpose of this Act is to insure that the Alaskan natural gas pipeline be contructed promptly, without further administrative or judicial delay or impediment. States that to accomplish this purpose, it is the intent of Congress to exercise its constitutional powers to the fullest extent in the authorizations and directions made herein, and in limiting judicial review of this Act and of actions taken pursuant to it.
