Revises the Domestic Volunteer Service Act to provide that developmentally disabled children receiving services under the foster grandparent program may continue to receive such services regardless of the age of such individual, if the continuation of such aid mutually benefits such individual and the volunteer.
Provides that Federal funds may be expended for such program only if the child is being fully served in accordance with the Act.
