Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make financial assistance available to agricultural producers who suffer losses as the result of having their agricultural commodities or livestock quarantined or condemned because such commodities or livestock have been found to contain toxic chemicals dangerous to the public health.
Directs that the amount of each such loan shall be limited to $100,000. Provides that such loans shall not be available to any producer who has been fully compensated for the loss for which the loan is requested.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
