A bill to amend the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 to provide that developmentally disabled children receiving services under the foster grandparent program may continue to receive such services as adults.

Provides, under the Domestic Volunteer Service Act, that developmentally disabled children receiving services under the foster grandparent program may continue to receive such services as adults.

States that public or nonprofit private agencies may expend funds obtained by grant from the Federal Government for such services only if the children are being fully served.
