A bill to amend section 5051 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (relating to the Federal excise tax on beer).

Reduces the excise tax under the Internal Revenue Code for beer brewed or produced at a qualified brewery in the United States, which produces no more than 8,000,000 barrels, to $6 a barrel on the first 100,000 barrels removed for consumption.
