Concurrent resolution requesting the President to use his powers under the Credit Control Act to control inflation and allocate credit.

Directs the President to authorize the Federal Reserve Board to channel extensions of credit toward essential and productive capital investment, low-and middle-income housing, State and local governments, and small business, and away from loans for speculation in real estate and commodities, to finance anticompetitive acquisitions, and for other inflationary purposes.
