Little Cigar Act - Includes "little cigars" within the provisions of the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act as amended by the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act. Defines little cigar to mean roll of tobacco wrapped in leaf tobacco or any substance containing tobacco and of which one thousand units weigh not more than three pounds.
