A bill to amend the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act of 1965 as amended by the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act of 1969 to define the term "little cigar", and for other purposes.
Little Cigar Act - Includes little cigars within the provisions of the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act as amended by the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act. Defines little cigar to mean roll of tobacco wrapped in leaf tobacco or any substance containing tobacco and of which one thousand units weigh not more than three pounds.
