Nedzi of Michigan, John Brademas of Indiana, Kenneth J. Gray of Illinois, Augustus F. Hawkins of California, Tom S. Gettys of South Carolina, Jonathan B. Bingham of New York, Bertram L. Podell of New York, Frank Annunzio of Illinois, Joseph M. Gaydos of Pennsylvania, Ed Jones of Tennessee, and Robert H. Mollohan of West Virginia.
