Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to create a standing committee to be known as the Committee on the Central Intelligence Agency, and for other purposes.

Creates the standing Committee on the Central Intelligence Agency of the House of Representatives to consist of 15 members: five concurrently serving on the Committee on Armed Services; five concurrently serving on the Committee on Foreign Affairs; and five other Members.
