Resolution amending rule XLIV of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to financial disclosure.

Requires that Members of the House of Representatives , officers, principal assistants to Members and officers, andd professional staff members of committees shall file and annually report their financial interest with the Committee on Stadards of Official Conduct. Sets forth requirements on information to be included in such reports.
