Provides funds for the expenses of the investigation and study by the Committee on Veterans Affairs authorized by H. Res. 134 of the Ninety-third Congress. States that such funds are not to exceed $150,000 including expenditures for the employment of experts, consultants and clerical, stenographic, and other assistants.
