Resolution to authorize the Committee on Foreign Affairs to conduct an investigation and study of the operations of the Central Intelligence Agency.

Authorizes the Committee on Foreign Affairs to conduct an investigation and study of the operations of the Central Intelligence Agency. States that to carry out the purposes of this resolution there are authorized appropriations of up to $150,000 to be paid out of the contingency fund of the House of Representatives.
