A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that illegitimate children of old age insurance beneficiaries may become entitled to child's insurance benefits in certain additional cases.

Provides that illegitimate children of old-age insurance beneficiaries under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) may become entitled to child's insurance benefits in specified cases.
