A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow a taxpayer a deduction from gross income for tuition and certain transportation expenses paid by him in connection with education of himself, his spouse, or any of his dependents at an institution of higher education.

A bill to amend titles 10 and 14, United States Code, to require a cadet or graduate of a military academy to refund a portion of the cost of his educational training received at the Academy, if he is separated by reason of conscientious objection before completing the course of instruction at the Academy or his active duty obligation.

A bill to prohibit any increase in the price of certain consumer commodities by any retailer once a price is placed on any such commodity by such retailer.

A bill to provide for a county referendum in the case of the construction of a nuclear power plant.

A bill to prohibit any change in the status of any member of the uniformed services who is in a missing status under chapter 10 of title 37, United States Code, until the provisions of the Paris Peace Accord of January 27, 1973, have been fully complied with, and for other purposes.
