A bill to amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require an annual report to the Congress concerning expenditures for U.S. participation in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Requires the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State to submit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, to the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, and to the Committees on Appropriations and Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives before January 15 of each year a report concerning expenditures for United States participation in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
