A bill to establish a temporary embargo on the exportation of certain livestock feed grains.

Declares that during the one hundred and twenty-day period, beginning on the tenth day after the date of the enactment of this Act, no person shall export from the United States any soybeans, soybean meal, corn, wheat, or any poultry feed or livestock feed which contains soybeans, soybean meal, corn or wheat.

Provides that any person who knowingly violates the provisions of this Act shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
