A bill to amend the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act in order to clarify the duties of the Secretary of the Interior thereunder and to extend the authorization for appropriations to carry out such act.

Requires the Secretary of the Interior to undertake to enter into cooperative agreements with the States for the conservation of anadromous fish under the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act and extends for five years (until June 30, 1978) the authorization for appropriations under such Act.
