A bill to repeal the act of January 11, 1971, amending the Food Stamp Act of 1964, as amended, and for other purposes.

Repeals the amendments to the Food Stamp Act of 1964 that were enacted by the Act of January 11, 1971 (Public Law 91-671).

Authorizes appropriations for the food stamp program of such sums as may be necessary annually for the program. (Amends 7 U.S.C. 2011-2025)
