Designates specified lands in the Isle Royale National Park, Michigan, as the Isle Royale Wilderness.
Includes within the Isle Royale National Park the Gull Islands, located in Keeweenaw County, Michigan, and any submerged lands within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States within four-and-one-half miles of the shoreline of Isle Royale and the surrounding islands.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire title to any such submerged lands not now owned by the United States.
