A bill to amend the Small Business Act to provide loans to small businesses for certain expenditures incurred as a result of complying with the Consumer Product Safety Act, the Flammable Fabrics Act, and the Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970.

Authorizes loans under the Small Business Act to small businesses for expenditures incurred as a result of complying with the Consumer Product Safety Act, the Flammable Fabrics Act, the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, and the Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970.

Authorizes to be appropriated $75,000,000 for fiscal year 1974, $100,000,000 for fiscal year 1975, and $125,000,000 for fiscal year 1976, for purposes of this Act. (adds 15U.S.C. 636 (b) (8)
