A bill to transfer control of Pershing Hall to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs in order that such building may be preserved as a memorial to General of the Armies of the United States John J. Pershing while being utilized in the best interest of the United States.

Transfers control of Pershing Hall in Paris, France, to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs. Provides that such building shall be preserved as a memorial to General of the Armies of the United States John J. Pershing and the men and officers of the American Expeditionary Forces of World War I while being utilized in the best interests of the United States.
