A bill to amend the Freedom of Information Act to provide that news persons shall not be required to disclose the sources of their information, and for other purposes.

Provides under the Freedom of Information Act that newspapers shall not be required to disclose to any grand jury, court of the United States, Congressional body, or government agency the sources of their information. (Adds 5 U.S.C. 552(d)
