A bill to provide adjustment assistance to prisoners-of-war of the Vietnam era because of the inhumane circumstances of their incarceration.

Provides adjustment assistance to prosoners of war of the Vietnam era according to the percentage scale of the service connected disability benefits for veterans.

Specifies that the rate of compensation for such persons shall be $30 per month for the period of time as a prisoner of war up to a maximum of $150 per month. (Adds 38 U.S.C.314(t))
