A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 to provide for cost-of-living increases in the annuities and pensions (and lump-sum payments) which are payable thereunder.

Provides cost-of-living increases in the annuities and pensions (and lump-sum payments) payable under the Railroad Retirement Act whenever the price index rises three percent above the base period price index.
