A bill to amend section 312 of title 38, United States Code, by providing a 10-year presumptive period of service connection for chronic diseases of certain prisoners of war.

Provides a ten-year presumptive period of service connection for chronic diseases of veterans who were held as prisoners of war for a period of ninety days or more. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 312)
