A bill to amend chapter 11, title 38, United States Code, to increase the statutory rates for certain anatomical loss or loss of use.

Increases the statutory disability rates to veterans for anatomical loss or loss of use of various organs and/or limbs. States that in no case shall such compensation exceed $862 per month. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 314)
