Provides that no person shall import into the United States, or sell or advertise for sale in interstate commerce, any product manufactured or assembled outside the United States unless the product bears, in accordance with regulations of the Federal Trade Commission, a label which clearly states the country in which such product was manufactured or assembled. Makes a violation of these provisions a deceptive or unfair act or practice under the Federal Trade Commission Act.
