A bill to incorporate the United States Submarine Veterans of World War II.

Provides for the Federal incorporation of the United States Submarine Veterans of World War II. Sets forth the powers of such corporation.

Provides that the corporation, and its officers and directors shall not contribute to or otherwise support or assist any political party or candidate for elective public office.
