A bill to amend the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended.

Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration to charge anyone furnished services, space, quarters, maintenance, repair or other facilities, at rates to be determined by the Administrator from time to time and provided for in regulations issued by him, except for space and services furnished to the Federal judiciary, the United States Tax Court, or defender organizations established pursuant to Federal law.
