A bill to amend the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 to make it clear that the summer youth recreation program is to be operated in the same manner and on the same conditions as the program has been in the past.

Requires, under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, that the summer youth recreation program and transportation program be operated in the same manner and on the same conditions as such program has been operated in the past.
