A bill to amend section 502(b) of the Mutual Security Act of 1954 to require a complete accounting of foreign currency expended in connection with congressional travel outside the United States, and for other purposes.

Provides that the itemized reports with respect to foreign currency expended in connection with Congressional travel outside the United States which are required to be submitted within the first 60 days of the succeeding calendar year must be made available for public inspection.
