A bill to amend the National School Lunch Act.
Food Commodity Program Amendment - Allows the Secretary of Agriculture, notwithstanding any other provision of law, to purchase agricultural commodities and their products to maintain the 1973 level of assistance to food assistance programs.
Authorizes the use of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation for such purposes.
