Motor Vehicle Uniform Size Limitation Act - Provides for the establishing of uniform State limitations on the weight and dimensions of motor vehicles using public highways. Specifies that the funds authorized to be apportioned to any State under the Federal-aid Highway Act of 1956 shall be allowed to any State that adopts the limitations prescribed by this Act.
Provides that the Secretary of Transportation shall not approve any project in any State with weight and dimension requirements differing from those authorized by this Act.
