Directs the Secretary of Defense to establish a center for research regarding the diseases, disabilities, and other medical and psychological problems of prisoners of war. States that such center shall: (1) enlarge upon studies by the Army-Navy Center for Prisoners of War, San Diego, California; (2) provide for the identification and exchange of information; and (3) disseminate the results of its research, particularly to physicians having former prisoners of war in their care. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 1089)
