A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to permit the Secretary of the Navy to establish annually the total number of limited-duty officers permitted on the active list of the Navy and Marine Corps, and for other purposes.

Permits the Secretary of the Navy to establish annually the total number of limited-duty officers permitted on the active list of the Navy and Marine Corps, and to prescribe the number of limited duty officers to be permitted in each grade below rear admiral and brigadier general.
