Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to cover into the Hungarian Claims Fund such sums as may be paid to the United States by the Government of Hungary pursuant to the terms of the United States-Hungarian Claims Agreement of March 6, 1973. Sets forth procedures for the timely determination and payment of claims of American nationals against Hungary for war damage, nationalization, and expropriation of property.
