A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to remove the time limitation within which programs of education for veterans must be completed.

Removes the time limitation within which programs of education for veterans must be completed under veterans' educational benefits. Provides that such benefits shall remain available until used. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1662)
