A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to extend the maximum educational benefits for chapter 35 trainees to 48 months and to allow additional educational benefits for certain wives and widows.

Extends the maximum veterans' educational benefits for eligible trainees to forty-eight months (presently thirty-six months). Permits additional educational benefits for specified wives and widows of veterans.
