H.R. 11052 — A bill to amend title 28 of the United States Code to provide that, in the event of the failure of the President to appoint a Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, upon a vacancy occurring in that Office, the Justice of the Supreme Court who has longest served as a Justice of that Court shall in certain cases appoint such a Director, and for other purposes. | PoliFocus
