Provides that child's insurance benefits, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, may be reduced but not terminated upon the marriage of a disabled child who has attained age eighteen.
Provides that such reduced benefits shall be equal to one-third of the primary amount of the individual on the basis of whose wages and self-employment income such child is entitled to such benefit, if such individual has not died prior to the end of such month; or one-half of such primary insurance amount if such individual has died in or prior to such month.
