Authorizes a national memorial grove of trees dedicated to those Americans who died in the Indochina War.
Provides that on Memorial Day, May 28, 1973, the President of the United States is requested to lead the Nation in a day of dedication and remembrance for those who died in Indochina.
Authorizes necessary appropriations to carry out the purposes of this joint resolution.
