Constitutional Amendment - Provides that no person shall be a judge on the Supreme Court or an inferior court of the United States unless he is a natural-born citizen of the United States who has attained at least thirty years of age and has earned a law degree at an accredited school of law.
Provides that the judges, both of the Supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior until attaining sixty-five years of age and shall, at stated times, receive for their services a compensation which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
