Concurrent resolution requesting the release of certain Ukrainian intellectuals imprisoned in the Soviet Union.

States that the Congress urges President Ford to utilize every appropriate means for the transmission of a request to the Government of the Soviet Union that it release from prison Mr. Moroz, Mr. Plyushch, and others similarly imprisoned, and that it permit them and their immediate families to emigrate from the Soviet Union to the country of their choice.
