Provides that the transcript of the proceedings in the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries of September 24, 1974, incident to the presentation of a portrait of the Honorable Leonor K. Sullivan to the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries be printed as a House document with illustrations and suitable binding.
Provides that in addition to the usual number, there shall be printed 1500 copies of such document for the use of the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries.
